Shreya Bhardwaj Pilani
Founder & CEO
Shreya has been part of India’s speaking industry since its earliest days, not just observing its rise but helping shape its path. She brings a thoughtful eye and a deep understanding of what makes ideas resonate—and last.
Drawing on her experience, Shreya recognized a growing demand for expert engagement beyond keynotes, to formats like advocacy, mentoring, advisory, influencer engagements, and so on.
This led Shreya to develop a consultative approach where she understands and addresses client needs and at the same time, supports established and emerging experts, helping them refine their presence and become more visible and bookable.
Shreya began her journey with the London Speaker Bureau, managing engagements for leaders across the world. Before launching her own venture, she led The Outstanding Speakers’ Bureau at Burson India (WPP).
A storyteller at heart, Shreya draws inspiration from fiction and film—a hobby that has helped her Think Unlike and shaped her nuanced understanding of Brilliance.
Ishit Pilani
Co-founder
A serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, Ishit brings a rare blend of strategic insight and grassroots execution to everything he builds.
Before launching The Brilliance Collective, he founded Indic Roots, a ready-to-eat brand that reimagines Indian cuisine for modern lifestyles by combining traditional culinary wisdom with advanced food technology. His journey in the organic food space includes leading restaurants, cafés, and over 40 kiosks, and working closely with India’s organic farming ecosystem.
An alumnus of ISB and Delhi College of Engineering, Ishit began his career in investment banking and technology. Today, his work spans food innovation, sustainable systems, and knowledge-driven entrepreneurship—all guided by a deep commitment to creating meaningful, future-forward platforms.
